Safety and Training Manager-Develops, implements, evaluates, coordinates and instructs training and the general health and safety policies and procedures for the company in the scope of building and repairing roads, bridges, buildings, the shop and the office. Assists Safety Director in ensuring the workplace is in compliance with OSHA, MSHA, NH DOL, Insurance Mandates and other state, local, and industry specific regulations. Also ensures that periodic safety audits JSA’s (Job Site Analysis) are conducted.

General Laborers $24-$26/hr- R.S. Audley Inc. has full-time openings for general construction laborers. This role is essential in providing support and assistance in major highway projects.

Experienced Bridge Carpenters – R.S. Audley Inc. is looking for experienced bridge carpenters. Carpenter applicants must have proven skills in working with forms, concrete and rebar and can work in all weather conditions.

Experienced Pipe Layers- R.S. Audley Inc. has full-time openings for Pipe Layers.  This role is responsible for installing underground pipes, including positioning, joining and aligning the pipes at the proper depths, angles and grades. This role is essential in providing support and assistance in major highway projects.

Crane Operator- The Crane Operator is responsible for operating a variety of cranes, from a 23-ton boom truck up to a 150-ton latter crawler.  This individual will be responsible for assisting in the breakdown and erection of the cranes, performing pre and post work inspections of the crane equipment, along with daily and monthly equipment inspections.  All Operators are expected to follow appropriate safety procedures and maintain working status logs standards set by the project plans as well as ensuring the work being completed stays on target for completion..

On-The-Job Trainee (OJT)- Lebanon, NH- An OJT Trainee is responsible for providing essential support and assistance in major highway projects.  This individual takes direction each morning from their Foreman in regards to completing the days objectives.  This individual is also responsible for abiding R.S.
