NH Route 28 and Stonehenge Road Intersection – Londonderry, NH

ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: 2027

This project constructs a single-lane roundabout to improve the intersection operations at NH Route 28 and Stonehendge Road and includes roadway realignment and drainage improvements.

 

Replacement of two Bridges Carrying NH 11 over the Northern Railroad and the Sucker Brook – Andover, NH

ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: Spring 2026

This project involves a half a mile of roadway realignment and bridge construction along NH Route 11 in Andover. It will replace the red list bridge carrrying NH 11 over the Northern Railrtoad and the red list concrete arch bridge carrying NH 11 over the Sucker Brook with one new bridge spanning both resources. 

 

Beech Street Elementary School – Manchester NH

ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: 2027

R.S. Audley has been selected to perform the site work for the new ground up Beech Street Elementary School in Manchester, NH. 

 

The Village on Technology Hill – Londonderry, NH
ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: 2027

R.S. Audley is proud to partner with North Branch Construction on this exciting mixed-use development that will combine industrial, residential, chilcare, and retail in a single sustainanable community. Site work includes excavation, grading, gravity sewer, sewer pump station & forcemain, water, drainage, surface and undergound stormwater treatment systems, a single span timber bridge, retaining walls, road construction, and many site finishes. 

 

NHDOT 13761E, 13761A, & 16100 F.E. Everett Turnpike Corridor Widening & High Speed Toll Conversion – Nashua-Merrimack-Bedford
ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: Fall 2027

We have currently have three projects on this cooridor. The first project of the NHDOT 13761 project widens the F.E. Everrett Turnpike Northbound & Southbound between Exit 12 and Exit 13. The second project widens the Turnrpike between exits 8 and 10 and constructs a new bridge over Bowers Pond. The third project will convert the current toll booth system to overhead high speed tolls. All three projects will widen northbound and southbound barrels to 3 lanes, upgrade the median barrier system, overhead sign structures, and stormdrain systems.

 

Merrimack, NH – Light Industrial Building
ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: Spring 2024

Working as a sub-contractor to Harvey Construction, RS Audley is performing the site work for a new 100,000 SF Light Industrial Building in Merrimack, NH. This project involves moving over 100k CY of material along with drainage, water, and sewer installation.

Lebanon, NH/Hartford, VT – Bridge Rehabilitation Interstate 89 over Connecticut River
BID AMOUNT: $43,755,824.10 – ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: Fall 2025

This project will rehabilitate the two red list bridges that carry I-89 NB & SB over the Connecticut River between Lebanon, NH and Hartford, VT.
