NHDOT 13761E F.E. Everett Turnpike Corridor Widening – Nashua-Merrimack-Bedford
ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: Fall 2025
This phase of the NHDOT 13761 project widens the F.E. Everrett Turnpike Northbound & Southbound between Exit 12 and Exit 13. The project will widen northbound and southbound barrels to 3 lanes and includes upgrade to the median barrier system, overhead sign structures, stormdrain system, and construction of a noise abatement wall.
ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: Spring 2024
Working as a sub-contractor to Harvey Construction, RS Audley is performing the site work for a new 100,000 SF Light Industrial Building in Merrimack, NH. This project involves moving over 100k CY of material along with drainage, water, and sewer installation.
BID AMOUNT: $8,388,454.75 – ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: 2023
This project consists of preservation improvements on four I93 SB bridges and one bridge that spans I93 NB & SB in Manchester and Hooksett.
BID AMOUNT: $43,755,824.10 – ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: Fall 2025
This project will rehabilitate the two red list bridges that carry I-89 NB & SB over the Connecticut River between Lebanon, NH and Hartford, VT.
BID AMOUNT: $23,286,281.15 – ANTICIPATED COMPLETION: Spring 2024
This project consists of converting the two Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16) traditional tollbooth plazas to all electronic tolling facilities. The project also demolishes the existing tollbooth plazas and constructs all associated drainage and roadwork at the two locations. The Rochester location includes the construction of two new soundwalls.
R.S. Audley is working on 3 separate projects the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The first project which was completed in the Fall of 2023 involved reconstruction and re-alignment of Taxiways H & K to fix non-compliant taxiway geometry at the airport. This Runway Incursion Mitigation (RIM) project addressed the last “hot spot” at the airport bringing all of there facilities into compliance with FAA standards.
The second project constructed the sitework associated with a new cargo distribution facility for Amazon and was also completed in the fall of 2023.
The third project reconstructed Green Drive and constructed a new cargo apron for the new distribution facility and Taxiway C to connect the distribution facility to Taxiway A. This project involved significant drainage improvements including underground storage systems and a 20,000 gallon oil/water separator tank. It also involved a new snowmelter system with all associated infrastructure. This project is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
This project developed an 11 house subdivision in Nashua. Work included road construction along with installation of the stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure.
This project involves sitework to upgrade the Manchester Readiness Center site to improve compliance with Federal Anti-Terrorism force protection measures. Work includes site grading and paving, water intrusion control, stormwater management, new fence, parking lots, and site lighting.
This site work project involves ledge removal, pad prep, parking/road work, stormwater system, sewer, and water associated with developing a 323,750 +/- SF Industrial Building.
RS Audley is performing the sitework for the new Granite State Industrial Center in Bow, NH. Work involves roadway construction and building pad prep including stormwater, water, and sewer infrastructure.
